Today I'd like to introduce you to one of my very best friends, Bubble Gum Lip Scrub by Lush. Not to sound all fashion-y, but this scrub is "everything"!
Bubble Gum smells and tastes like cotton candy ("candy floss" if you're in the UK!). This is the only lip scrub I've tried that tasted so good I could sit down and eat it snack-style whilst watching MTV's Catfish. It's all a matter of restraint, people!
Nev and Max, catching up on the latest beauty news |
This is a product I've loved for a couple of years and I cannot recommend it enough. If you have chapped lips or just want something to help prime your lips for lipstick, you should definitely add this tool to your arsenal! If cotton candy isn't your jam, they also make it in Popcorn and Mint Julips. One jar of this lasts me months with daily use. It's a great deal for $9.95 USD! This is one product I have repurchased time and time again and will continue to do so in the future. It's just that good!
Do you have a favorite Lush product?
My Rating: A+
Where to Buy: Lush
I like this stuff too and could eat it as well haha! Right now, my favourite LUSH product is the Rose Jam Shower gel-it's AMAZING. I'm going to order like 10 of them before it disappears!
ReplyDeleteHey Kristen, I haven't tried this one but now I'm curious! I always start sneezing like mad in a Lush store within 10 minutes, so I can never stay long there. Next time I'll target this one before I have to leave LOL
ReplyDeleteIt's SO hard not to lick these off your lips (as you know, I'm a uber-fan of the Popcorn one!)
ReplyDeleteI have the same one but in peppermint! :) i want to try this bubblegum one though! xx

I totally agree this is my fave Lush product of all time, I jeans help but lick it off haha oops. xx
ReplyDeleteMmmm!! Rose Jam!!! That sounds divine!
ReplyDeleteLOL! Oh no! You must have some sensitivity to one of their fragrances or oils?! Definitely grab a lip scrub the next time you run through! :)
ReplyDeleteOh sure, sure you can certainly use a toothbrush...but your toothbrush probably doesn't taste like a deliciously decadent dessert! ;) I'm also a fan of using a damp washcloth for lip scrubbery, too. But again, no cotton candy noms there either!
ReplyDeleteRight?! It's impossible!
ReplyDeleteThey're all so good! If you like cotton candy, you will LOVE this one! Thanks for stopping by! :)
ReplyDeleteRight?! Mine, too. I could buy these little gems in bulk!
ReplyDeleteHow does this compare to the Fresh Sugar lip scrub?
ReplyDeleteI love Lush products, faves include Big Solid Conditioner, Snow Fairy shower gel and Karma ANYTHING.
Hey bud! I wasn't a huge fan of the Fresh Sugar LS. I found it a bitter and it left my lips feeling greasy enough that I would end up going back and washing my lips with a light cleanser. The lush scrub is AWESOME. It tastes amazing, does a great job of exfoliating and it doesn't leave my lips feeling like I just ate onion rings, lol! Girl, if you like Snow Fairy, you will go GAGA for this because it smells the exact same! :)
ReplyDeleteI will have to try the Sara Happ scrubs! I'm all about experimenting with beauty goodies! So thank you! And that is adorable that your baby boy loves the bath bombs and bubble bars from Lush! I would be so much more of a bath gal if I had a big, luxurious garden tub in which all of my "features" *ahem* would be UNDER the water liine as opposed to above them, as they are in my current standard tub. I mean, come on. I don't need fancy jets, but I'd at least like complete extremity submersion!
ReplyDeleteI love Snow Fairy!!! I am going to pick this up tomorrow. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteYay! I can't wait to hear what you think of it! :D
ReplyDeleteWithout a doubt the best of the Lush Lip scrubs - I can't get enough of it! Xx

I'm a bit partial to LUSH's bath bombs-I don't get the luxury of taking a bath often, but when I do, the bombs definitely help to step it up a notch!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely agree!! I could order this by the case! :)
ReplyDeleteYes!! I would definitely take more baths if I had a jetted garden tub overlooking the sea, but as for right now, my tiny standard tub leaves much to be desired, lol!
