REVIEW! | MAC Flatter Me Pearlmatte Face Powder {Archie's Girls Collection}

Flatter Me, part of MAC's Archie's Girls Collection, is a limited edition Pearlmatte Face Powder.  It's a golden peach powder blush/highlighter (blush-lighter?) with coral hearts scattered about.  

Flatter Me is Cute with a capital C!  From the comic characters on the outside of the compact to the hearts stamped onto the powder itself, it screams "Adorbs"!  I am happy to report that I am in LURVE with this stuff!  It's cute with substance, like a good chick lit novel.

Flatter Me gives me a golden pinky-peach flush with a luminous finish.  Not in-yo-face, NWA-type shimmer that enlarges your pores and screams 8th grade dance (sigh - remember sporting glitter suspended in clear goo on your eyelids back in the day?  Good times!), but a light, reflective finish that makes my skin look alive and well.  It goes on sheer but can easily be built up to your desired level of color and sheen.

Flatter Me can be used as a blush, luminizer, and eye shadow, so you could toss it in your bag and have one product that covers multiple bases.  I love a product that saves space and time, and performs as well as this does.  I used Flatter Me as an eyeshadow and it lasted about 7 hours (sans primer) without creasing or fading.

On my normal-to-oily skin, Flatter Me lasted all day without fading or making my skin look oily.  It's such a flatter-ing shade that will look pretty and polished on almost any skin tone.

PS: It's currently sold out at MAC, but it's still in stock at Nordstrom, Belk, and Dillard's.  If you want this, get it A.S.A.P. before it vanishes from makeup counters forever and appears on eBay for twice as much!
